SALES TAX
If the buyer is shipping to an address located in the State of Ohio, a 6.25% sales tax charge will be applied to the overall total of the merchandise shipped unless the buyer provides an email or fax copy of their "Tax Exemption Form" which specifically exempts the buyer from Ohio Sales Tax. No Sales Tax will be applied to any order shipped outside the State of Ohio.
